  • When is my rent due?
    Your rent is always due on the 1st of each month. If rent is received after the 10th of the month a late fee will be assessed, again if rent has not been received before the 25th of each month another late fee will be assessed, unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Do I just need to remove my lock, when I move out?
    No, what you need to do is go to the office, fax or send a dated move-out form 30 days before the intended move-out-date. Make sure you notify the office staff when you have vacated the unit. If this procedure is not followed, you will be held responsible for the rent thereafter accrued.

  • Do you mail statements or do automatic billing on a credit card?
    By the Mall Mini Storage will gladly send out statements, if you pay quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly. We also offer monthly, automatic billing if paying by VISA, MasterCard or Discover. If you choose not to do automatic billing we also offer a one-time payment option.

  • Does By the Mall Mini Storage provide a lock?
    No, you must provide your own. By the Mall Mini Storage offers locks that you may purchase, if needed.

  • What kind of security does By the Mall Mini Storage offer?
    By the Mall Mini Storage offers the state-of-the-art digital video surveillance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and most units are individually alarmed. We also have key pad access to our well-lit and fenced facility.

  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, there is a refundable security deposit that ranges from $25.00-$60.00, depending on the unit desired.
